Our 5th wheel came with a sink and it takes very little water to wash the dishes to get even an inch of water. On a campsite without running water, saving water is a priority. . A small plate is perfect. It uses less water and such, but my largest pot fits well enough for washing. The dryer fits in the sink next to the dish tray so I don't have to leave the dryer on the counter. I usually leave the dishes in the dryer and let them air dry. This set is small and might not be what a large family needs, but it fit our needs VERY well and both pieces are perfect for a farmhouse sink.
