Our customer service team really helped us when we were having problems setting up our website. The whole interface of the software was not intuitive which made it difficult at first. Now that we are more familiar with the system we have been able to get the most out of the applications. They also worked very closely with us to determine what we needed from them. There wasn't much to dislike. I think they could improve their training/support options. This would benefit everyone as a whole because no one wants to wait forever to find the solution to something. We were not able to use online donations with this system. However, their customer support staff was extremely helpful in getting everything set up. That said, any problems that came up with them were always addressed quickly. The ease of using Amp with their customer service team has really helped us get more visitors to our website! They have been incredibly helpful in every step of getting set up. I can't think of anything that we dislike about this software at all. We've seen an increase of over 50% in traffic after only having it installed for two weeks. This is helping me better engage with my target market.
