I did a lot of research to find a portable fan for strollers and this is the only one that didn't have any negative reviews about the blades hurting little fingers! And if your child is anything like mine is then you know she will touch anything and everything around her with her fingers and toes! Lol Of course that was her first thought when I attached it to her stroller. But her fingers and toes were perfectly safe! Don't touch the blades. I like the overall design of this fan. The flexible legs allow me to attach it to almost anything. Stroller, car seat, pack and play, playground, or I can just put it on the floor or table. I also like that it charges via USB. I just plug it in when I'm not using it and can use it next time. The only thing I don't like is the battery life. I would like it to last a charge longer but what is there! Still a big fan!
