BUYER WARNING: If it's chiffon silk I'll eat it
Neither the scarf nor the plastic bag have a fabric composition label. I know what chiffon silk should look like. This fabric is fuzzy, almost fluffy. It's very thick and reminds me of a cheap polyester pashmina shawl. I have attached a photo of a real chiffon silk scarf I bought from another seller and a leopard print scarf I just received. Real silk scarves have rounded edges, often hand-sewn. Check out the edge of the animal print. I am well into my 60s and have been wearing silk scarves for 45 years. I have never had a silk scarf with such an edge. If you need polyester scarf, the pattern will be beautiful. But the customer advertised it as "chiffon silk" and I received an unmarked piece of fabric that doesn't compare to other silk scarves I've bought from Revain. Buyer Warning.
