Review on πŸ€– Enhanced K3 Robot Vacuum and Mop, Self-Charging Robot Vacuum with 2000pa Powerful Suction, Robotic Vacuum Cleaner featuring Removable Mopping Pad for Carpet and Hard Floors by Samuel Reppa

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Return to the dock often. Skips areas. Very bad application. Maybe suitable for small areas.

The robot vacuum cleaner must be automatic with minimal supervision. It is not. I've tried using this in 3 large rooms, it just can't finish the cleaning. He often has trouble finding the base when the battery dies. The cleaning algorithm seems to prefer going towards the outer walls. I think I asked too much of this product. I tried to use it for 3 big rooms. It just can't handle that kind of square footage before the battery dies (and it's a brand new battery). --------------------------------------------------------------- - ------------ ------------------------ The seller has contacted me 4 times since I left this review. They offer to pay me to have my review removed (in broken English). I'm tired of sellers selling mediocre products to the poor and begging (and paying) people to remove reviews. So yes, you cannot trust this dealer. This default is up to 100 minutes with the keyword "before". I get about half of it and it quickly drains to about 14% and then searches for base aimlessly. The app has a 2.5 star rating on the Play Store - I'll give it around 1. I have multiple smart devices and it's useless. confusing and difficult. To use it with Alexa I had to find an app in Smart Life that prevented it from showing up in the native app. You can still access it in the native app, but only through Smart Life. The vacuum cleaner actually cleans well, it just didn't clean everywhere. It doesn't do it automatically. I have an old first generation iRobot that I use in our bedroom.
