Easy to set up and use; seems sturdy with a good non-slip base.

This is a review of the SPRI Balance Trainer Sport - a dome shaped semi exercise ball with a non-slip base - for training balance, building strength, tone and improving flexibility - 50cm diameter Pre Covid and due to the closure of many Gyms I used Bosu Ball with Trainer. Since I've been home I've gotten several helpers and exercise bikes so I'm looking forward to trying this out. Happy to say I like it. The ball comes with clear instructions and an air pump. On the first day you inflate the ball, let it sit for 24 hours, then deflate and refill. This process is simple and the ball reaches its ideal size. I always get a bit anxious when doing exercises on these hemispherical balls because I'm pretty clumsy and one of the reasons I exercise is to improve my balance and work on my core. This device helps with that. The ball appears to be durable and is said to be able to support up to 250 pounds. I weigh 100 pounds wet so can't confirm that but it seems sturdy and durable. The most important thing is that it is very stable and non-slip and will not slip on our tile floor. My only complaint is probably more to do with being used to the big half dome balls in the gym - this one is pretty small at 50cm and I use it a little more carefully so I don't fall off. However, it is recommended. I'm not an expert on this but I love this one so much I use it several times a week and it has worked well so far.
