I ordered it for my husband he always has it like a hunchback but now that he is getting older and has harder jobs he has been asking for a back strap but when I found this one I saw two important things, where he needs a little help growing. Of course he's been using it at work all weekend, he says he feels better, it helps him stay fit, he's put it on. I should add that he also works as a hairdresser in the evenings, which will also help him in his second job. Very easy to put on, no instructions required, the straps adjust to your figure. I ordered an XL for him even though he is like a medium but he has a belly so I was thinking about it. I am very glad that he is happy! Not only wives should be happy.
