Stars are for novelty! I only give this review after 2 1/2 weeks. I am 70 years old and in poor health. I had to cover a huge, heavy box with a sheet to lug it from the door to the bedroom. I was able to easily open the box, unclip the plastic wrap and place it on the bed frame with ease. Waited 24 hours, slept on it for 30 hours. Putting the sheets on was very easy thanks to the handles on the 4 corners. MUCH lighter than a mattress without handles! I've been told that it takes time to get used to a new mattress and I believe that's true. My sleep is usually messy and I wake up with arthritis pain. It doesn't appear to be "cooler" than advertised. It's not very convenient yet. But it's only been since March 12th, so I'm not expecting it to be the perfect mattress just yet! I REALLY think I still have less "pain" in my body, just not sure. I will update this review in a few weeks to give my body enough time to get used to my new mattress. So come back UPDATE APRIL 19, 2021: Okay, good news! I'm finally getting used to my new mattress! I wake up with less body aches and sleep through the night! The pain relief and comfort is amazing! Very happy! Your body really needs time to get used to a new mattress! I'm glad I knew that before buying.
