So this is my second band from this company and honestly they do a pretty good job when it comes to quality of feel. My previous set (grey area) started wearing out and discoloring in just a week, this company sent me another one. more like plastic in general. As for this particular band, it feels good in the hand and honestly doesn't weigh that much. It brings a nice life to the look of my watch. The only reason I can't give this a 5 is because it's the same as my last purchase, I don't know if I am...but it's so hard to set up with links removed and replaced. Luckily this is a one time operation after which I can remove the tool and leave the links. In the box you get a strap and link remover (finger-length metal pin pusher), replacement tips, and removal instructions. Simply place your band on the tool and after aligning the links you wish to remove, turn the knob to remove the pins (make sure to look for the arrows on the back of your bracelet to see , in which direction the pins must be removed). Then when you're done, slide the pin back (in the opposite direction of removal) and use a tool to lock it in place...can't stress that part personally...most frustrating. You basically line up the tip of the pin and the tip of the removal tool to get the pin back between the links. Here you need to take care of balancing the band and aligning the pen/tip of the tool; Honestly my eyes were right in front of me it was like surgery lol. But beyond that: Design/Quality (except maybe future discoloration, hopefully later than before) 5/5 Ease of setup 3/5 Plus earlier customer service experience 4/5 overall.
