Okay, that might be a bit biased as I'm already a big dust collector am a fan I love their dutch ovens, cast iron skillets, grills, etc. I also love their baking pans. I have a matte black set and a sage green single pan and use them for everything from sauces and casseroles to lasagna and brownies. EVERYONE. When I saw this cherry red set I knew I had to add it to my collection. They're great for all your baking needs - I've used them for cakes, pastries and other baked goods, as well as savory pastries. I cook lasagna, casseroles and anything that requires a casserole dish. When it comes to encounters, they're also great in sauces, especially baked sauces. I love how the baked goods are prepared well and thoroughly. I especially like that they are easy to clean. Even with the lighter enameled interior, they still clean well and look great even after such long use. What I still need to add to my collection and what is new to me are the bowls.
