Review on Neutrogena Enhancer Formulated Nourishing Conditioning by Danielle Roberts

I am writing an updated review. At first I didn't believe it was straight from Neutrogena as there really isn't any packaging, just scotch tape. However, I purchased the product direct from Neutrogena after purchasing this product and it also came unsealed (this product purchased from Revain came in a plain white box). The instructions are tiny and taped to the tube, making them not very accessible. Good that nobody can return an opened tube. However, it makes me nervous about eye products. To be fair, my review is about the packaging of eye products, not their effectiveness.
