My stepdaughter is 51 inches tall with a small belly. She is 80 pounds. She wears a size 9-10 with room to grow without looking oversized. Excellent fabric. I think it will wear well.

Cons
- The quality of this swimsuit was very good but it was sold as a 4-5T and was huge. More like a size 6-8.
