Pretty Good best in my review
I have so much trouble with eyeliner.I wear under my eyes, I am aa 70's child,with the liner on top lid it is great & the stamps help tremendously for me. Cat eyes are fun, but challenging for me π
- The product is highly pigmented, providing a bold, dramatic look that lasts all day
- The stamp may not work well for those with uneven eyelids
