I found this item while looking for a compression garment to help stabilize torn gluteal tendons. It's perfect for that, plus it supports my hernia. I can wear any of the three pieces around my waist - I should always have a clean piece ready to wear. Good quality. Continuous. Cozy. As for "one size", I wear a size 6-8, weigh 135 and am 5ft 7in tall. It fits well and fits women who are smaller and taller but about my size.
