I bought this shower curtain because it has the following features: 1) Large suction cups so the curtain doesn't leave gaps and doesn't splash water 2) Weighted edges to keep the curtain doesn't fly in the shower.3) Contains no PVC so it doesn't smell.4) Washable so it's eco-friendly and I don't have to throw it away after a few months because of mold growth.After 7 months of use, I give it 3 stars. The large suction cups are still intact and work well. As another reviewer mentioned, there are clear plastic loops that hold the suction cups loose. Sometimes the suction cup falls off, but this is not critical. Just put it back in the loop and it will work just fine. Do not pull the suction cup too hard while it is attached to the wall, we did and a loop broke. The weighted edges worked well to keep the shower curtain in place. However, due to the fact that the hem has wrinkles, it is very difficult to clean the shape of it. We sprayed detergent and used brushes to clean it but it didn't work. We washed it too, but the mold stayed. For this reason I am now looking for a new shower curtain with magnetic scales. The shower curtain didn't smell from day one. The curtain is washable which is a great feature. I've seen enough shower curtains in my life to know that mildew resistant fabric will still get moldy no matter what. Save the environment from more plastic waste going to landfill and get one that is washable instead!
