I got this strap thanks to some positive reviews I saw on the internet. Well, after 8 hours a day at work, I can tell from the reviews where it's right. While I may not stick with that particular brand, I will probably never buy a traditional belt again. and doesn't work.) My only complaint is that it was a bit difficult to attach the strap to the buckle. If you have strength issues or weak wrists, this can be a serious handicap to you. But if the result is positive, I don't think it will come off without significant effort.
