Review on ThisWorks Set Sleep Pillow Cocoon by Katie Washington

I received a tube of lotion as a gift and I use it as part of my bedtime ritual to fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly. I use a different spray. When my Mila complained that she couldn't sleep, I bought her this set for Christmas. She hasn't reported her experience yet, but I can confirm, having suffered from insomnia for a long time, the combination of the lotion, sleep spray, and sleep meditation helped tremendously. I don't find it helps with hydration that much, but the scent lingers and is completely relaxing.
