Exceptional customer service, but my computer didn't work right away.
When my computer arrived on Monday May 24th I was thrilled. I plugged it in after work on a Tuesday morning and bam none of my peripherals got a signal and my rear exhaust fan wasn't working. works by doing some basic steps of unplugging and plugging in RAM, GPU and the like. So he made me a shipping label and now I have to ship it back from Indiana to California to get it fixed. I will write another review in 2-3 weeks when it arrives. I'm also very sad that it didn't work properly because it appeared to come with exceptional hardware.
