I have to say that I live in a city where Tervis glasses are manufactured in abundance and have been a die-hard Tervis fan for many years. I have two problems with Tervis, one of them is coffee and tea stains inside and I can't find the mug I wanted. This mug is exactly what I was looking for. The color is beautiful and has a nice sheen. I've had both tea and coffee in it and so far there have been no stains. I can make a hot cup of tea that stays too hot to drink for a long time if I don't leave the lid on for about 10 minutes. I can't drink through the drinking hole because I have facial paralysis, so I take the lid off to drink and close it between sips if I'm not drinking all at once. It stays pleasantly warm for over an hour. I left the top of the tea latte I made as shown in the photo and it stayed hot to the last drop! Good product!
