Not horrible. It's just not great.
If it came with its own package of washable fabric covers I would recommend this face cradle pillow. If it isn't, I wouldn't buy it. It's decent in stiffness and head support, but oddly shaped that regular face cradle covers don't fit properly, and its shape puts too much stress on the side of the head and face. This tension can cause headaches.
