I've seen reviews of shoes that run small, but my daughter hates it when her shoes are too big so I didn't want to overcompensate. She wears a size 12 and I ordered a size 13 - it was so small she couldn't fit her foot in the shoe. Then I ordered 1.5 and it was too big. So I just ordered 1. I couldn't find them for her dance class in a regular store so I have to pay 2-3 times the return shipping cost. If you can find them somewhere to try them on, do so.
