Wasted money on this crappy tool. The same tool and set are available from different brands/shops so be careful. Problems: 1. The rivets and thread inserts included in the kit are of poor quality. Really bad quality. The first Threaded Insert installed stripped the threads (see photo) - and I had an empty unthreaded Insert that took an hour to pull out of the workpiece.2. The processing is defective. The threaded locking head used for all functions has poor engagement with the main arm body.3. The thread length of the insertion tool is too short (see photo). I have tested this with several sizes of metric threaded inserts - high quality stainless steel inserts sold separately and rated for 1-3mm plate/sheet thickness. The threaded drawbar of the rivet nut tool is too short to fully engage the threads of the insert when crimping tension is applied; this will strip the thread inside the insert. The pulling power of this tool is only suitable for short-term use. We hope to return this tool and refund the money. Please don't waste your money on a kit!
