Smells like real leather. Worth every penny. It's small and compact for people who like to carry a minimum of things in their wallet. I change my wallet very often and it's good that I can just grab my small wallet and go. I usually carry my husband's wallet in my purse along with my purse. And I found big wallets taking up too much space and I really didn't need more than half the stuff I had in them. So I settled on a small women's wallet the size of a men's wallet and I'm so glad I found it. The best part is that they have so many different colors to choose from. I chose rose gold or metallic because it's easier to find in a dark, lined wallet. For reference, I've included a picture comparing it to my husband's wallet.
