Review on PeekLogic JIRA Salesforce Connector by Ryan Person

I love that it has all of our contacts in one place, making it easy to add them as new leads or customers. It's also very helpful to have all the information we need for one person in one location. We used this product with Teamwork and were able to pull all the contact info from there into JIRA. There is nothing i dislike at this time. I would say that they could make it a little easier as far as searching for a contact. When you are looking for a specific contact, it makes it harder to find the correct person. If you are looking to track customer interactions, then this product will help you do so. This allows us to keep track of everything that happens between a customer and our company.
