Charges fairly well but gets warm, almost too hot to touch. The switch is not a power switch, it is used to turn on blue LEDs that shine through plastic slots. The device is light and looks cheap. You don't want it sitting on a surface that can't handle some heat. There aren't many legs on the bottom of the device to lift it off the surface. According to the back panel, which lists operating wattage, voltage, and current, it doesn't seem capable of delivering full power on every port. For the excess heat and inability to work at full capacity on all 6 ports I gave it 2 stars.
