Better than my previous collar

I like that it has a charger instead of batteries. It takes a long time. With the other collar, I have to change the batteries every few days. I recommend you experience the shock for yourself. I had it at 5 and didn't phase my dog. I checked and you hardly feel anything. I have it until 18 and you still feel a bit of pinching. If your dog has more hair, you may need to lift it up so he can feel it. I don't like that a real nylon collar would be more comfortable. Overall this is a great product.
