I like how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with our recruitment software. At first, I was unsure about all of the features but once I started using them they became second nature in no time. I had a bit of initial confusion when trying to understand some of the terminology used. The customer support team is very helpful, knowledgeable and proactive. This has been a great benefit to us as we have been able to start working with candidates quicker than we were prior to using Ngage. We are still using Ngage for our applicant tracking software, therefore we are able to store information in one place and retrieve it easily.
