Tskes some work best in tissue pom poms

I have to be honest when I opened my package I realized what I had just gotten myself into. Lol don't think you're going to bring them together on the day of your event. This takes time, so make it the day before. You need to buy a rope to hang them. They are good after you finish but I gave them 3 stars because they took a long time which I really didn't have. When everyone got up, it looked very nice
