It works great but the bad thing is I had to repair 3 fans out of 6 and the delivery was terrible. Three fans were inoperative and not spinning. Luckily, if this is your problem, simply remove the front grille from the back and snap the fans into place. Also, the packaging was terrible. It just arrived in a box and cellophane wrapped with a shipping label. No extra box or bubble wrap. It has worked well so far, but the production etc needs improvement.
