Unfortunately after 30 days I needed a new cartridge. As you'd expect, the ink ran out when I needed it most, and when I went to install black it took me over an hour to clean the contacts. I started with the included piece of rubber following her instructions. Then I used a cotton swab with alcohol on it. I could only recognize the cartridge for 2 prints then the error came back and I couldn't get it to work. I have used previously remanufactured cartridges with no problems. I will definitely never buy this brand again.
