You spelled Happy Birthday wrong.
The items come in a box the size of a tablet so there isn't much inside. Each element must be fully assembled. There is not enough ribbon to assemble the banner and use it for balloons and other assembly purposes. You will need at least an hour and a half to assemble everything. They sent emails with pictures so we couldn't even make a happy birthday banner. Instead of 2 they sent 2 extra Cs. HAPPY BIRTHDAY
