Still a good product
I liked the old design better. Or maybe I would have liked this design better if it had been opened from the bottom first instead of the side down. My cats need to be made to get inside. On one, the eldest, I unzipped the bottom, held it open, and held the collar open next to my cat, and curiosity drew her in. Difficult to get them in on this model. However, the handle and shoulder strap are a big improvement. And once they're finally in the bag, they reluctantly settle for being carried inside.
