Great bag! To be honest when it was delivered I didn't like how firm the back was but once I started using it I really appreciate it. It supports my MacBook Air very well and also fits my laptops, iPads, planners and stationery. At first glance, that doesn't seem like much, but it can withstand a lot. The side pockets hold my 32 ounce water bottle very well. Also, the design is cool. All around very impressed!
