When I saw that I could replace my color laser printer for less than a full set of 4 replacement OEM toner cartridges these aftermarket cartridges seemed excellent value - to have money. Quality. At around 15% of the cost of the original replacement kit, they actually seemed worth it. The cartridge set worked fine, but within a week the magenta cartridge started producing an artifact on the side shown in the attached image. I contacted the manufacturer via the support email on their website with the image above and within a week they sent me a replacement cartridge free of charge which was delivered to me a day later and worked absolutely perfectly. We have been using the cartridge kit (with a replacement magenta cartridge) for about a month now and the original problem has not recurred. For the money and the support offered by the manufacturer, this is a quality replacement for overpriced OEM cartridges.
