Good fabric, well sewn.
I'm 5ft 3" and 140. A size 12 is good for chest, hips etc but the center of the knee was longer than I wanted. A bend was added before each hole to eliminate a small gap. Now it fits perfectly. And it is a high quality dress suitable for chic occasions.
