I was looking for a cheap hand dryer holder and this holder met my expectations. It doesn't look bad, but it's not elegant either. This keeps the dryer out of the way. It's solid enough, but I wouldn't place it in high traffic areas. The adhesive construction works quite well. The clear adhesive backing is slightly larger than the black (or white) wallplate itself. This appears to be intentional as it helps the mounting mechanism not detach from the wall at the edge of the wallplate. So far it has remained well connected. Before I bought it, I didn't realize if after mounting the external wall bracket (with ring) can be removed from the wall mounted part of the wall bracket. I found it can easily slide in and out if desired.
