They were good for our purposes. It's too small for my almost 11 year old daughter, but she's thin so doesn't run a size larger. They have been worn by several girls, others found the length appropriate for plus sizes. In general, the waist for all girls seemed a bit strange to me. Everyone's waists were high, narrow in some places and baggy in others (still at the waist). And they were transparent when you leaned over. The label on the back is not at the top and can be seen through the pants. We wanted it to be the same for all girls but I wouldn't buy it again as the quality wasn't very good and the size didn't fit either. We ordered size 10 in yellow.
