This duvet is amazing as it gets warmer. We got this to replace our fluffy blanket because it was too hot even with the fan on and this blanket is a great replacement. I made the mistake of not washing it before using it for a week and it ran all over my clothes, hair, sheets, EVERYTHING has these little blue dots all over it. I comb my hair and although I have blue hair too, I can see the lint from the ceiling between the bristles of the comb. I hope it gets better after washing/drying so make sure you do this when you receive your item. Otherwise, great blanket, great color, great texture! Update: It's been over a month and this article is still being shed all over the place. Washing it in a public facility was a mistake because the crowd was ungodly. I've included a photo of our ceiling fan which was definitely cleaned last week but has since accumulated and the lint has turned blue. I really like this blanket but it will eat your life.
