The best thing about this product, as I see it now at least (it's been several years since we've used it), was that they are always adding new features to make their products more useful for customers in different industries - healthcare or hospitality among others. It had some very nice functionality but not enough of them were really helpful so you could use those tools without having to pay an arm-and-a-leg just to figure out how something worked! They also have great customer support if needed which can be hard sometimes when dealing with remote teams from other countries who don't speak english fluently well either. But overall good experience working through vnext over time though there wasn't anything bad per se except maybe lacklustre salespeople/marketing team compared to competitors like Hubspot etc.
