I love this bag. And that's not small at all, as some other reviewers have said. 4 pockets outside, 3 inside (including 1 with zip). And it's so beautiful! I'm so glad I chose this one over another, more expensive option. I plan to take him to the hospital for the birth of my second child. It can hold 4 full sets of newborn clothes, 3 blankets, 2 baby towels, 8 newborn diapers, as well as some socks, hats and burp cloths. I can certainly put a few small things in the side pockets. I've only had it for a few days but will update if I come across any blemishes after prolonged use.
