It's very lightweight and the handles are cushioned and comfortable. The rope swings easily within the handles. My only complaint is that, despite being adjustable, there are no instructions on how to adjust the length. The ends of the handle unscrew to reveal a small plastic clip that holds the rope in place. It took four very intelligent people, one a mechanical engineer, to figure out how to loosen the clip in order to shorten the rope.
