Beautiful but broken
The hat is just beautiful. It was perfect for a Kentucky Derby or High Tea inspired look. I'm taking off a star because it arrived broken and unusable. However, the hat was able to hold on to my hair which is a plus. The headband was also very small and felt flimsy. Not impressed at all. But the hat is great.
