I was really looking forward to the M001S (no arm) but it turned out to be a major headache.* Product didn't come with manual, eh specified; I had to search the internet and accidentally found a copy in the Revain product listing.* The hinge adjustment screw was too tight. I had to turn the stand in the opposite direction with the hex key installed to make it move.* The tilt adjustment didn't work. There are 2 screws and one of them is not suitable. The manual doesn't say if this was intentional, so I have no idea if it was a defect, user error, or both. * Misleading weight recommendations. My monitor weighs 16 pounds and costs the same as a mid-range PC. The moment I finished setting it up, the monitor tilted down at an angle, hitting the stand and refusing to tilt up during installation. I then spent the next 3 hours adjusting the incline but to no avail.
