The best part of working with this team is that they are extremely professional, efficient & very knowledgeable in regards to computer related issues or any other technical problem we have had while using their services. They do what you need them too without making your life difficult by trying to sell products/services where there isn't anything wrong wtih thier product line (or lack of). I highly recommend contacting these guys if you're looking for someone who will take care oof all aspects needed when it comes time fo disposing computers, electronics as well as personal files etc. We were able to eliminate several boxes worth of old equipment from my office which was great! The customer support is great! I have been with them for years now and they are always willing to help, even if it's something that has nothing to do with their product. I don't like having to call or email them for every little thing. They should make the software more user friendly. It's not as easy to use as other products out there. We use this to destroy computers that we no longer need.
