It doesn't look like a stock fan at all.
This fan works but doesn't look like a 2000 Toyota Tacoma factory fan. This is a louder source of white noise - swirling noise is not ideal. I found I was ignoring the noise after a few minutes of driving, but I also had to recalibrate the radio EQ in my truck because I was just turning up the volume to hide the sound. Look for a Toyota OEM unit.
