Review on 🎒 DeMarini Classic Backpack - Black - Size by Brad Lovro

Bought this softball backpack as a Christmas present for our 11 year old. The bag looked great but one of the zippers on the bat sleeve broke the second time it was opened. A few weeks later another zipper broke. Assuming the warranty is in place because the zippers broke within a month of using the bag for the first time, we wrote to the company to explain the situation. Unfortunately this is not covered as the 90 day guarantee is no exception. So it didn't matter what we bought as a Christmas present, and their season didn't even start until the end of February (it literally stayed in a plastic bag until the season started). When companies don't look at the big picture and don't do what makes sense, it's very frustrating. The bag is in perfect condition except for broken zippers. We will never consider buying their items again just because of the terrible customer service when it comes to getting mistakes right.
