It's great to have everything in one place! I can access all of our activity through my dashboard without having multiple apps open; which is helpful when you're working remotely or with your team scattered across various time zones/locations (or even just different states!). There are some additional features that would be really useful like being able improve upon existing KPIs by adding more granularity etc., but this isn't an issue for me since it has been easy enough so far using what we already do know as well how much value there will likely need from them down-the line if they decide not buy now vs later? We use Salesforce CRM extensively throughout both internal teams & corporate sales org - where most communication happens via email at least once every day between members who work together closely within each respective role(s).
