Well, I didn't know this brand but I was looking for a soundbar that sounds better, especially with voices. TVs with rear speakers often make it difficult to pick up quiet conversations or even background noise in low-volume scenes, which can transform the entire viewing experience. I went on several social media and read the reviews that were very positive and praising the quality so I ordered one. Arrived in one day as promised. The problems I had connecting it were a bit frustrating, the instructions are not as detailed and comprehensive as I would have liked so it took me a while to get it connected. Since my TV is new, I'm pretty sure that was part of the problem. I had to update the software on the TV to make it recognize the panel, even though my TV was supposed to update automatically. There were about 20 steps to go through including software update, cable tv setup, tv setup, soundbar setup etc. After an hour and a lot of false starts I got it working properly and it's good, very good. He does what I wanted very well. First, I can use less volume and the clarity is great. I've only had one day, but I'm a notorious TV streamer and binge watcher. I watched movies, sports, documentaries and music. Everything is very good. Audio options for show type/genre are also good. If it weren't for the lengthy connection process, I would have climbed higher in the overall standings. So, I will say if you buy this unit have your TV manual, soundbar manual and a little bit of patience and be prepared to update everything to get the job done. You can access TV manuals online if you don't have them anymore. One more thing: It's important that everything is turned off when you plug it in, including the TV, cable box, and anything else the TV might be connected to. However, once you've done that, you should be happy.
