Read many reviews and do a lot of research. I needed something to help keep me warm while cleaning the house. Releases a lot of air. But if you exercise or exercise and move a lot or clean the house etc. it's useless. Useful when you are sitting or walking. It's heavy for what it is. Doesn't bend. It only stretches to tighten a little to neck and shoulder size, but won't stay in place OR you can loosen more around the neck, no matter the size, no matter what you do. When I move, it moves and I have to constantly correct it. It doesn't flex to adjust airflow. It blows straight to the sides, to my face, to my ears, and you can't bend down to turn the airflow. So I can blow loudly into my ears with full force. I can't breathe for more than 1 minute. If it were more adjustable for full airflow, or even behind-the-ear airflow, I would put it differently.
