Review on ๐Ÿ’ผ Storus Stainless Steel Double-Store Wallets, Card Cases, and Money Organizers - PATENTED Men's Accessories by Steve Stone

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Copes with its task, but not very "cool ".

I ordered one of these based on the reviews and the fact that it looked pretty thin compared to my wallet. I've always tried to minimize the thickness of my wallets, but they always end up seeming pretty thick. I started looking into money clips and decided to give it a try even though it is one of the As Seen on TV type products. It works well. I have 3 credit cards, an ID and some business cards in it. I don't see this extreme card flex issue that some have complained about. It flexes them a little, but not much. You need at least 3 bills to keep the money from moving around too much. Overall, it works as advertised and has definitely reduced what I'm carrying (which in part forces me to be more selective and carry fewer cards). However, when I pull it out of my pocket it feels a bit "cheap" - I'm more wondering what a good leather money clip would look like (I'm sure it's thicker and there are concerns that magnetic clips could damage cards demagnetize). I'm happy with it functionally, but wish it was less industrial and more stylish.

Pros
  • Thanks to its compact design, you can conveniently stow it in the front pocket of your trousers or jacket for safety. Great for travel.
Cons
  • This is driving me crazy
